Expanding the Vision of FUSE Varsity Through Community, Collaboration, and Collective Growth.
Just two months ago, we launched Future Skills Education Varsity (FUSE Varsity) with a vision to transform the landscape of skill education and career growth. From our first cohort of enthusiastic learners to our engaging webinars with experts, we’ve seen incredible growth and an outpouring of support from our audience since we became public.
And now, today, we are taking a bold step forward with TrybebyFUSE — a community that promises to not just complement our vision but to amplify it.
The Journey to Building a Community That Matters
TrybebyFUSE is my dream community, making the inspiration behind it deeply personal. A few years back, I penned an article on leveraging communities for career growth, where I explored how being part of a supportive network can be a game-changer for personal and professional development.
Drawing from my own experiences, I remember finding myself in a sea of uncertainty when I had just kick started my career journey. Coming from a completely different field to where I am today, the transition was daunting.
It was during this time that I truly began to understand the power of community — the kind that uplifts, guides, and empowers you to keep pushing forward. As I navigated through those early days, communities I joined did not only welcome me but shaped me, providing the support and guidance I needed to navigate the complexities of my career as a tech person. When I say that “community built and shaped who I am today,” it’s not just a phrase — it’s a reality I lived.
Leading Technoobng, an NGO community for tech newbies, was a turning point — it revealed to me the incredible impact a united group can have. Over the years, I’ve mentored over 100 tech enthusiasts and trained more than 500 individuals in Product Management.
A recurring theme in their challenges was the lack of a support system. Many struggled with consistency, felt isolated, and lacked the motivation to push forward. It became clear that the missing link was a community — one that offers not only resources but also the encouragement and mutual support essential for sustained growth and innovation.
